Boardwalk Fright Nights
New to the area, the Boardwalk Fright Nights promotion began October 11th and runs each weekend through November 2nd. Stay alert, as the downtown Myrtle Beach area has been overrun by zombies! They are roaming the streets and the boardwalk just waiting for their next victims. There is also a Zombie Quarantine area where you can take pictures and get up close and personal to the living dead. In addition, visitors will get discounts to the boardwalk attractions and Ripley’s Haunted Adventure.
Hallowine Dinner at Croissants
If you are looking for a night away from the little ones, make plans to attend the annual Hallowine Dinner at Croissants Bistro & Bakery on Wednesday, October 30th. Featuring 5 themed courses, like bleeding hearts brie and frankenribs, this meal is sure to please your inner goblin. Each course is paired with wines that have been hand selected to compliment each plate. Dress to impress because the evening will include costume contests and themed games. Nightmare Haunted House
Those who seek a real thrill will want to pencil in a trip to the Nightmare Haunted House. Located on 10th Avenue South in Myrtle Beach, this terror filled warehouse boasts over 3,000 feet of horror. Filled with live action characters, like Pigboy, Meathead, and Stalker, this haunted adventure takes daring guests through a memorable maze filled with terrifying effects at every turn. Nightmare Haunted House is open on weekends through Halloween and general admission is only $12.
Huntington’s Haunted Halloween
Huntington Beach in Murrells Inlet is celebrating its annual Haunted Halloween event the weekend prior to Halloween at the Atalaya Castle. This family friendly event will offer costume contests, spooky cartoons on a big screen, haunted houses, carnival games, arts & crafts, and so much more! Admission is $10 for adults, $7 for children 6-15, and free for children 5 and under. You can stop by anytime between 6pm-9pm on Friday, October 25th – Saturday, October 26th.
Celebrity Square Adult Costume Party
Come one, come all to the biggest and best costume party in Myrtle Beach! Celebrity Square, located at Broadway at The Beach, is hosting the annual Adult Costume Party on Friday, October 25th. The fun starts at 7:30 pm and will feature live music and drink specials throughout the night. The pinnacle of the event, as one would imagine, is the costume contest that offers lucrative cash prizes for the winners.
Halloween on The MarshWalk
The Murrells Inlet MarshWalk offers fun for families and adults on Halloween. Bring the young ones out between 5pm-7pm for costume contests, games, and trick or treating along the boardwalk. After the sun goes down, the MarshWalk shifts to a more adult friendly atmosphere with an adult costume contest in addition to live music and drinks specials at the area restaurants and bars.
Family Spook-tacular Party
Pack up the little ones and head to the Ripley’s Aquarium for a night full of Halloween fun. Families can enjoy pumpkin decorating, scavenger hunts throughout the aquarium, face painting, costume contests, games, and much more at this exciting event.
