Myrtle Beach Dining With A View

You will want to enjoy every second of the gorgeous Myrtle Beach weather while you are on vacation, so why limit the water to time spent at the beach? There are plenty of other ways to enjoy the beach lifestyle, particularly when you are enjoying a fantastic meal. There are several areas that offer breathtaking views and finger licking food, combining two beach favorites. Check out our list of the best places to enjoy dining with a view in Myrtle Beach!

Barefoot Landing

If you venture to North Myrtle Beach, be sure to check out Barefoot Landing. Located along the picturesque Intracoastal Waterway, this venue boasts a wide variety of dining options to suit everyone’s needs. Keep it casual at Joe’s Crab Shack or at Smokin’ Hot BBQ, a new restaurant that is quickly becoming a visitor favorite. If you are in the mood for something a little more decadent, head over to Castano’s Italian Steakhouse or Greg Norman’s Australian Grille. Burger lovers will feel right at home at River City Café while those seeking succulent seafood will appreciate the fresh offerings at Flying Fish Public Market & Grill. The options are endless! After your meal, work off those calories by exploring the various shops and attractions that also call Barefoot Landing home.

Myrtle Beach Boardwalk

If you want to stay as close as possible to the sea during your vacation, explore the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. Recently renovated, the boardwalk spans over a mile along the Atlantic and offers a variety of restaurants, shops, and attractions. For a more casual experience, check out Landshark Bar & Grill to enjoy classic favorites like burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, and salads. This new venue is located directly in front of the famous Myrtle Beach SkyWheel and is just steps from the sand. Stroll over to 2nd Avenue Pier for true waterfront dining. Pier House Restaurant has been an area favorite for years and serves everything from succulent seafood to hand-cut steaks. The Pier View Bar & Lounge, located above the restaurant, is an open air bar and is a great place to enjoy cocktails and unforgettable Myrtle Beach views.

Broadway at The Beach

For days when the weather is undesirable or you just need a break from the beach, head to Broadway at The Beach to enjoy a variety of attractions and dining. The attractions at Broadway vary greatly and offer plenty to do indoors and outdoors. When you have seen and done enough, refuel at one of the many restaurants that offer prime views of one of Broadway’s many lakes. Johnny Rockets and Carlon’n Charlie’s are family favorites along with more familiar names like Hard Rock Café and Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville.

Marsh Walk

For days when you are in the mood for a slower pace, head south to Murrells Inlet and dine at one of the restaurants located at Marsh Walk. Known for being the seafood capitol of the state, Murrells Inlet offers spectacular inlet views and the freshest seafood available. The eight restaurants along Marsh Walk are connected via an oceanfront boardwalk, making it easy to walk off your meal and enjoy an evening stroll. Many of the restaurants also feature live music throughout the week, making Marsh Walk a favorite among locals and visitors alike.
