Beer aficionados and neophytes alike will appreciate the diverse offerings showcased at the 7th Annual Myrtle Beach Beer Festival. Hosted at the Pelican's baseball stadium, this festival will offer two time slots – an early one from 2pm – 5pm and a later one from 6pm – 10pm. Tickets are only $25-$30 per person and give each guest samples of different beers from around the world!
Taste of the Coast – May 2nd
This exciting annual event is entering its seventh year with an equally exciting new venue – the North Myrtle Beach Park and Sports Complex. This brand new complex allows the event to accommodate more guests and incorporate more family oriented elements. Restaurants from across the Grand Strand will set up booths to showcase their culinary delights. This event takes place from 11am – 4pm.
Blue Crab Festival – May 16-17th
This waterfront, weekend long festival in Little River always draws a crowd, many of which return year after year. Stop by any time between 9am – 6pm on Saturday or Sunday to enjoy live music, family friendly entertainment, a variety of local art and business vendors, and – of course – plenty of crab! Tickets to this event are only $4 / day or $5 / weekend when purchased in advance, although guests can also pay the day of.
