What’s New In Myrtle Beach: 2015 Edition
Whether you are a repeat visitor or this is your first family vacation to Myrtle Beach, you will find that there is plenty to explore and many attractions that “scream” adventure. Here are some of the new and exciting attractions that Myrtle Beach is serving up this year. The sooner you book your reservation, the closer you are to family fun!
Go Ape lets you safely soar to the tops of the trees no matter what age or skill level you are. This outdoor adventure not only includes a tree top tour but also Spiders Web, Zigzag Bridge, Flying Carpet and Jungle Crossing, 2 Tarzan swings and 5 zip lines. North Myrtle Beach Park and Sports Complex, which is introducing Go Ape this spring, is located less than twenty minutes from Beach Colony Resort. A family adventure at Go Ape will not only conquer fears and test limits, but also create a lasting memory for your children to cherish.
Duplin Winery was grown in Rose Hill, North Carolina but will soon be bringing its wine expertise to the North Myrtle Beach area by Barefoot Landing. 15,000 square feet of North Myrtle Beach will soon be blossoming with sweet, dry and light tasting wines to be enjoyed by visitors. Whether you are new to the wine scene or skeptical of trying, you will soon have the option to appreciate wine through tastings and enjoy the delicious southern-style wines without leaving town.
Hollywood Wax Museum has been built and is now one of the icons that you cannot pass up when visiting Myrtle Beach. The museum is located across from Broadway at the Beach, and is the only one of its kind in the southeast. This meticulous and detail-driven art allows visitors an up close and personal view of their favorite famous people in the form of wax. An individual figure shown at the museum takes a team of artists about three months to create and you'll see their hard work pay off as you gaze upon the jaw dropping resemblance to the faces you find so familiar from television and movies. The whole family will enjoy this museum because everyone's favorite stars will be in attendance; all year long.
Add these attractions to your families' fun to-do list and you will be the most popular vacationer around.
